Saturdays: October 19th & 26th; OR
Sundays: October 13th & 27th
Location: Bullocky’s Rest, Cashmere & Bunyaville Conservation Park
Time: 6 AM start
Duration: 2 hours per session

5-7 km trail run at beginner’s pace
How to navigate using apps
Trail gear essentials
Week 2 (Chermside Hills Reserve):
6-8 km trail run at beginner’s pace
Mastering hills
Trail safety tips
Prepping for your first trail race
Prerequisites:
You should be comfortable running a consistent 5 km (no trail shoes needed!)
Bring a small water bottle for those warm mornings along with a hat and sunscreen.
Mosquito repellent if you are prone to the blood suckers.
